老夫老妻之四
Pei has no problem admitting that she doesn’t like to cook. However, when she cooks, she does come up with some original and amusing combination of dishes. Here’s what we had last Sunday for dinner:
Oven-heated mashed potato + Korean kimchi + slices of fresh peach.
It was quite yummy!!

They say that necessity is the mother of all invention. I guess the “need” here “how to create a dinner with the least amount of effort”…
