Honey Cakes

今天小卡早上吵著要吃蛋糕,我答應她今天會做,晚上趁著小卡出門,試做這個簡單的蛋糕。不過愛改食譜的我還是自做主張的加了甜菜泥跟楓糖代替一部份的蜂蜜。烤出來成果還不錯,不過我想如果把部份的麵粉換成糯米粉,應該會更合我的口味。

Ingredients

1/2 cup….. toasted sesame seeds

1 1/2 cups…. whole wheat pastry flour

1/2 teaspoon…salt

1/2 cup ….. pure olive oil

2/3 cup… honey

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Coat one 8X8-inch baking pan with olive oil cooking spray.
  2. In a medium size mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix until well blended.
  3. Spread evenly into prepared pan and bake for 20~30 minutes or  until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Serve hot or cold.
